Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cups
These are a MUST try! I eat three or four before or after a workout to aid in muscle repair. However they’re so decadent, you won’t believe they’re good for you!
1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder (I love Tera’s Whey Fair Trade Organic Dar Chocolate)
1 T. peanut butter (I use creamy)
1 T. cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
1-2 stevia packets
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into mini muffin tins. Freeze for an hour, or until firm.
Feel like a kid eating peanut butter cups again!
