Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cups

These are a MUST try! I eat three or four before or after a workout to aid in muscle repair. However they’re so decadent, you won’t believe they’re good for you!

1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder (I love Tera’s Whey Fair Trade Organic Dar Chocolate)

1 T. peanut butter (I use creamy)

1 T. cocoa powder

1/2 cup water

1-2 stevia packets

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into mini muffin tins. Freeze for an hour, or until firm.

Feel like a kid eating peanut butter cups again!

    Ahhh I just made these and they came out REALLY good!! :) I’m excited to have another use for my protein powder other than protein shakes..haha and especially an idea that tastes like my #1 favorite candy :) :) Thanks!!

    I dont have any chocolate protein powder on hand do you think vanilla would work with a little extra cocoa powder?

    Hi Wendy–Yeah, I think mixing cocoa powder into the protein powder will definitely work! They PB cups might also might be good made with the vanilla (no cocoa powder). I’ll have to try that combination! :)
