A Cake and a Countdown

by Sara on May 31, 2013

Howdy, hello, and how are ya?

The weekend is finally here, and I’m feeling pretty pumped…

IMG_4240

about pumpkin!

Muahaha.

Sorry, I couldn’t help it! I think it’s safe to say that I just penned the #1 contender for corniest post introduction ever.

Since it’s Friday–and only because it’s Friday—please forgive me? Please?

What I’m trying to say is that right this second—as I type this post—all I can think about is this pumpkin pie cake.

IMG_4241

Holy cow it’s good. Like I-think-I-need-to-make-another-one -right-NOW good. Protein mug cakes were all the rage when I started blogging back in 2010, but honestly, I never quite understood the hype. They were healthy, sure, but a bit too rubbery for my liking.

This mug cake is so completely different! What I love most about it—besides the fact that it tastes exactly like pumpkin pie —is that it contains nothing but simple honest ingredients. Pumpkin puree. Eggs. Cinnamon. Greek yogurt.

IMG_4245

It’s a mini-sized snack moonlighting as a dessert that’s a little bit indulgent but a whole lot delicious. If you’re looking for a healthy treat to try, I highly suggest you make it.

Single Serving Pumpkin Pie Cake

Prep time

Cook time

Total time

Recipe type: snacks, desserts
Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
  • 2 T. oat flour (or 3 T. oats)
  • ¼ t. pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ t. baking powder
  • 2 packets stevia (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender or Magic Bullet. You can also mix by hand, if you’re using oat flour.
  2. Pour batter into a greased mug or small baking dish; Microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Create a “frosting” but combining Greek yogurt with sweetener, and cinnamon. (Not optional! 😉 ) Sprinkle with walnuts (optional, but highly recommended).
  4. Note: I also added cinnamon cream cheese to my frosting (see below for details), which made it even more decadent and delicious!

Moving on (even though I don’t want to…must. make. more. cake!)…

Let’s kickstart the weekend with a little countdown of sorts, shall we? Five…four…three…two…one…Go!

FIVE Packaged Foods I Ate This Week

1. Hope Organic Sweet Potato Hummus.

IMG_4259

One of the perks about being in Boise the past few months has been the fact that I have unlimited access to this Denver-based dip devil. And by devil, I mean that this stuff has me under its spell. Like, I can’t stop eating it. If you live in the West, search for it at Whole Foods!

2. Brown Rice Cakes.

IMG_4201

Diet food? Heck-to-the-no. I think rice cakes are completely misunderstood and underrated. They’re a perfect canvas for just about anything. Take peanut butter and banana, for example…

IMG_4248

Starry eyes. But this week, my favorite use of the good ol’ rice cake was pizza.

IMG_4207

Fun childhood throwback! My mom used to make these for me when I was little, and this week I returned the favor and made them for her (what goes around comes around, eh?).

IMG_4209

Three ingredients: rice cake, tomato sauce, cheese (I use an Italian blend which contains Parmesan, mozzarella, and smoked provolone).

3. Kale Krunch Quite Cheesy Kale Chips.

IMG_4256

Aka CRACK in a bag. If real cheese isn’t your thing (and even if it is), this vegan crunch munch is totally worth trying. I’ve gone through five bags this week. You think I’m kidding, but I assure you I’m not.

4. Laughing Cow Cinnamon Cream Cheese.

IMG_4258

Need I say more? Sure, you could add cinnamon and sugar to regular cream cheese, but there’s something super wonderful about being able to throw a pre-portioned wedge into my bag for on-the-go snacking. It’s also AWESOME in that pumpkin cake frosting. :)

5. Alexia Spicy Sweet Potato Fries.

IMG_4171

I buy Alexia products regularly, but I hadn’t tried the spicy fries until Memorial Day. Holy hot heaven! So good!

FOUR Random Facts About Me

1. I am not at all shy. In fact, I love talking to strangers and make new friends when I’m out and about on an almost-daily basis. But when it comes to public speaking? Fuggetabouditt. Make me stand up in front of five people and I will shake.

2. When I was little, I loved having my feet tickled. Kinky! Who tells people that? I outgrew it in middle school. Or did I? Dun dun duuuuun. 😉

3.  I have really narrow size 9.5 flat feet. This makes it extremely difficult to find shoes that don’t fall off. It also means I can’t wear strapless flats or pumps. Yep, you heard me. I don’t own pumps. Strapped heels all the way, baby!

4. I know the secret to living a happy, fulfilling life.

Chocolate. Every day.

THREE New Pinterest Finds

1. What Should I Read Next? This is SUCH a cool site! Type in a book you love, and a list of 20 similar titles are listed for you.

2. 50 Cheap Date Ideas via Marie Claire Magazine. Love this one: “Play house”: Dress up in your most serious grownup outfit and  visit some open for-sale houses. Spend the day arguing in front of the realtor about where you would put the love seat, discussing the difference between eggshell and ecru paint, and giggling over strangers’ hideous decorating choices.

Haha! Now I just need Prince Charming to do it with.

The 5-4-3-2-1 Workout.  I wasn’t in the mood to strength-train at the gym the other day, so I did this 15-minute workout at home. I was sweating at the end—after just 15 minutes! It’s a great alternative on days when you’re pressed for time, feeling gym-phobic, or simply want to mix up the routine.

TWO Things I Bought Yesterday.

1. Digestase-SP.  Definitely not glamourous, but these digestive enzymes have been a lifesaver. I take one before every meal, and my digestion is now a zillion times better. If you have tummy issues, I HIGHLY recommend them!

2. Lululemon Forme Jacket in Power Purple. I’ve had my eye on this for weeks, and finally caved. Darn you, Lulu!

1. Charleston! I’m heading to the sweet South, ya’all! I’ve wanted to visit Charleston for years, and finally the stars aligned Wednesday. Ticket booked!

If you’ve ever visited Charleston or live there, I’d love to hear your recommendations about where to eat and what to do!

I’m supposed to stop here, but I’m simply not ready to say goodbye for the weekend! I could chat your ear off for hours…Who wants to come over for a pizza party? Seriously though, how fun would that be?!  😉

Alright alright, I know. You have places to go and things to do, so I’ll leave you with some inspiration.

HUGS!

I want to know…

What packaged food products are loving right now? Which do you buy on a regular basis?

Do you consider yourself shy or outgoing? Do you like public speaking?

What’s the last thing you bought?

Have you been to Charleston? Tips? Recommendations? Fill me in! :)

  • Sophia

Those quotes are beautiful! I love how open and friendly you are Sara- it’s such an undervalued an beautiful quality. First off I can’t believe we have the same shoe size exactly- including the extremely narrow part! I find it hard to find shoes that fit well too. One package I have been eating a lot of is Amedei chocolate- it’s wonderful and full of emotion lol- the makers talk about the emotion of each chocolate and how they pour their heart into each creation- its an Italian thing- passione!. I am a rather outgoing person- I also have the weird ability to actually enjoy public speaking! I usually doubt myself before hand- but once I begin I feel very comfortable and kind of thrive- good thing to as it is an important part of being a lawyer :) That purple jumper is so sleek I adore the vibrant colour! I just indulged and bought organic vanilla perfume- I smel delicious lol. I would love to come over for a pizza night :) we can make a fabulous mug cake too (so intrigued I adore pumpkin!) and you can introduce me to laughing cow cheese! I do wish you could join Mr Bova and I for our impromptu movie night later- the restaurant we work at had a fire- the upside though is time off and so time together :) Have a passione filled weekend dear Sara! Love and hugs Sophia

    • Sophia

Ooh and when I visit I want to try rice cakes and peanut butter- and I will dress up in a grown up outfit with you and we can go around looking at houses pretentiously- I may not be prince charming but it sounds like too much fun to wait!

      • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Yes!! We have a plan! We’ll feast on rice cakes and peanut butter (perhaps a little risotto, too?), and then head out and house hunt! xoxo

        • Sophia

It’s the plan :) Risotto is a genius addition :)

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

We really ARE sisters, Sophia! At least in the foot-sized, chocolate and Parmesan cheese-loving sense. 😉 Oh girl, I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am for YOUR beautiful heart! I know I’ve said this before, but I’m so so glad we met, and can’t wait for the day when we *really* meet in person. <3

I've never heard of Amedei chocolate, but I just googled it, and oh my goodness, the pralines and Crema Toscana look dreamy! I'm seriously considering ordering some!

Vanilla is one of my favorite scents, so I'm sure I'd love your new perfume! I'm sure Mr. Bova adores it, too. 😉 Have an amazing weekend, and enjoy your impromptu movie night tonight! I'll be there in spirit. 😉 Huge hugs! xoxo

      • Sophia

Honoured to be a sister :) I am going to get us a box of 25 Amedei pralines for our “under the Tuscan sun” viewing feast on your arrival in Portofino! The feelings of gratitude are so mutual gorgeous :) I will also buy you a vanilla perfume as an arrival present! We did have a very passione filled night 😉 Wewaterbed a fantastic movie “the impossible” (please see it!!) I ends up crying as I always do in emotional films lol But it inspired a very carpe diem feeling between us 😉 I put extra Parmesan on everything so you were there in spirit lol Many hugs and much love!

        • Sophia

My phone is playing up!! We watched not waterbed

  • http://balancejoyanddelicias.wordpress.com/ Coco

you have on size 9.5? wooo! how tall are you?

that pumpkin pie looks divine! definitely going to make it.

Charleston? I’d love to hear how you like it, sounds like a perfect summer spot to go.

Packaged food lately? mmmm….. I so want to try the cinnamon LC.

I’ve became more outgoing these years, I can talk to any stranger now. :) I find easier to talk to strangers than people that I know but don’t usually talk. is it weird?

I don’t like public speaking per se, but have been learning to to do it more lately.

Last thing I bought: a new high chair for Sofia.

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

I have huge feet for my height! I’m only 5’4 1/2! Definitely let me know if you make the pumpkin cake! Happy weekend!

  • Khushboo

YES about rice cakes- I’m obsessed and like you said, their versatility only adds to their charm! As much as I love bread, sometimes I genuinely rather eat the rice cake…as ridiculous as that sounds! I’m excited for us to meet soon! Like you I’m very chatty when I meet people buuuut just the thought of public speaking makes my face heat up and me want to run away- hate it but I am trying to work on it!

Love those 2 inspirational pics, Sara! Your blog always manages to put a smile on my face. Hope you have a great weekend!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

I’m the same way—I often prefer rice cakes to bread! There’s something so satisfying about that crunch!

I have sad news…It looks like London isn’t going to happen this summer. :( I’m SO SO bummed, but it turns out I’m going to be moving, which is an expense I hadn’t expected. Add in the cost of the flight, and it’s just not feasible. I’m so sad! BUT, I will definitely be in Europe next summer, and really hope you will be too! <3

Have an amazing weekend, Khushboo! Congrats to the newly engaged couple! xoxoxo

  • Lillian_SeizeTheLatte

    Love this, as always!

First of all, I can completely relate to the paradox of being outgoing when in one-on-one situations, but hating public speaking. No one can understand how someone as outgoing and chatty as myself could be as terrified of public speaking (we’re talking sweating, shaking, palpitations, unable to speak without my voice quavering…the whole phobic enchilada), so I’m glad I’m not the only one! I can also relate on the shoe front: I’m a narrow 8.5, so shoes flop around like fish on me. Le sigh. :)

As for packaged foods I’m lovin’ on right now, Trader Joe’s kale chips are high on that list — as is Udi’s GF granola. Lurve.

We absolutely need to hang out when you get back to DC — something tells me we’d get along superbly! :)

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Okay, here’s the plan for our future girl date: TJ’s shopping trip (for their amazing kale chips – duh!), then coffee and frozen yogurt (we’ll bring along the Udi’s granola for topping). Ha! 😉 What I’m trying to say is, I adore both TJ’s kale chips and Udi’s granola, too. So yes, we will indeed get along superbly! <3 Happy Friday, lady! xoxo

  • Amy

This is why you’re the best…literally love this entire post! First of all…I think you found a narrow footed friend over here- except I’m a 6 so my feet are TINY! Haha. Wish I could find that hummus around here, looks so good. Also loving the pumpkin mug cake! And, I totally understand getting sucked in by lulu- oops. I justify it because I live in it sometimes.

Hope all is well; may shoot you an email later to talk about some things <3

    Happy Friday to you!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Aww, thanks, girl! <3 Your Lulu justification is exactly mine – I literally LIVE in my gym clothes. Like, I hardly ever wear anything else! So it's cleeearly a worth investment. 😉

Looking forward to your email! Hugs! <3

  • Lucie

Oh my gosh, that CAKE!!! I am drooling!! SO need to make it. Pumpkin all year round, yes!!
And I am completely the other way round. I am sceptical when it comes to talking to strangers. I don’t have a problem to male new friends, but I need some input. But I LOVE to speak in front of people!! Ok, as long as I know everything about the subject :-)
I come over for the pizza party, mk???

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

I hope you make the cake! If you like pumpkin pie, you’re going to LOVE it! Pizza is waiting for you! <3 xoxoxo

  • sambetterwithsprinkles

That cake looks awesome! I’ve been reducing my protein powder intake lately (my digestive system doesn’t seem to be loving it) so I’ll definitely need to put that together as a dessert one night soon. And brown rice cakes = love. I seriously need to have a stash of those at all times. I’ve never made pizza with them though, which obviously needs to happen ASAP.

And thank for you the book website! That is seriously so cool. It’ll definitely come in handy when I’m looking for new books to read this summer!

The last thing I bought: cocoa powder. I’m baking my mom’s birthday cake and it’s going to be pure chocolate amazingness 😉

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Ahh, I can’t wait to hear about the epic birthday cake you’re going to make! Sounds uhhh-maazing! Happy Friday, Sam! <3

  • http://www.mjandhungryman.com/ Min

Hello, my love!! That cake looks A-mazing! Come to think of it, I haven’t had pumpkin in a while…I must make this ASAP seeing how easy it is! You sure are an outgoing person. When I met you, I felt like I’ve known you for years! I, on the other hand, am on the shy side but you brought out the fun side in me. I absolutely am terrified of public speaking. However, it’s getting better…so many presentations as of late. Yesterday, I went to LOFT and bought too many things..all so cute though! I’m getting a huge wardrobe makeover for my internship in August…I realized all I had were t-shirts and..t-shirts.
I’ve never been to Charleston but I hear it’s beautiful! Hope you have a wonderful weekend! miss you..muah!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Min! Oh girl, I’ve missed you SO MUCH! Is there any chance you’ll be attending HLS this summer? I want some girl time! If not, let’s arrange a reunion?

I love LOFT, and hope to stop by this weekend to check out their summer line. I bet you’re having fun shopping for that new wardrobe! When do you start your internship? Hugs!

      • http://www.mjandhungryman.com/ Min

No, I’ve missed you more ;). I actually won’t be attending this summer..boo… I know…My internship starts the 2nd week of August, which I am so excited and nervous about! We DEF need to do a reunion sometime in the near future!

Be prepared to walk out of LOFT with both of your hands full..you may need to take someone (possibly someone cute ;)) to carry everything for you hehe. My wardrobe is coming together quite nicely if I may say so myself..yay! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, my sweet friend!!

  • Hannah @ CleanEatingVeggieGirl

I cannot wait to try that pumpkin pie cake. I have some pumpkin in my freezer (I hope it thaws well?) that I need to use. This will be perfect. I LOVE that it is single-serve!

And you have eaten some seriously amazing foods lately. Those kale chips are amazing (I love the cheesy flavors), sweet potato hummus sounds out of this world, and I SO agree on the awesomeness of rice cakes! Making mini pizzas out of them is a genius idea!

    Have a fabulous weekend :).

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Ooh, let me know if the pumpkin thaws well! Freezing it is a great idea! I hope you try the cake…I think you’ll LOVE it! xoxo

  • Katie @ Peace Love & Oats

oh my goodness, when are you going to Charleston!? I’ll be there for a wedding the weekend of June 22nd! And I lived there for 4 years so I have plenty of recommendations if you need any!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Bummer! I’m going to be there exactly a month after you! I’d LOVE to hear your recommendations, though, particularly restaurants and fun activities. 😀 Happy Friday, Katie!

  • http://sophisticatedinstyle.blogspot.ca/ Lauren

More like best intro ever! I am pretty sure that pumpkin pie needs to be in my tummy like asap. MMM thanks for sharing xo

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

I agree–it DOES need to be in your tummy ASAP! xoxo

  • http://peaceandpizza.wordpress.com/ Taryn

I am absolutely making that pumpkin pie cake as soon as I possibly can. And I live in Charleston! I can definitely help you out with recommendations – not sure exactly what you’d be looking for, but feel free to email if you have any questions :)

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Oh my goodness, I’d love recommendations from a Charlestonian! I’ll be sending you an email in the coming weeks! Happy Friday, Taryn!

  • http://Www.annatheapple.com/ AnnaTheApple

That mug cake sounds deeelicious – I am definitely going to try it. I just so happen to have all those ingredients 😀
Rice cake pizzas??? That sounds amazing!! I love the crunch of a rice cake. I think that’s one of the main attractions for me haha. They look so cute as well.
I always buy plain Philadelphia cream cheese on a regular basis. It literally goes into everything I eat. I love the creaminess and how it can go with almost everything. And plain popcorn that I pop myself. I have literally been stinking out our office with the smells of popcorn. No one has complained though – they all seem to like it hehe.
I have got a lot better at being more confident with people I don’t really know. Being at work helps that a lot and joining the running club has definitely helped. It’s easier to chat to people though who are like-minded so I guess that helps! Public speaking I’m OK with as long as I know what I’m saying and have prepared. I used to do a lot drama back in the day so I’m comfortable with being on stage.
Yay for the weekend finally!! 😀 xx

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

The allure of the rice cake is definitely the crunch for me, too! I bet the pizzas would be fabulous with a layer of cream cheese as well…I’m going to try that next! Happy Friday, girl! xoxo

  • http://www.hungrymeetshealthy.com/ Christina

    YAY YOURE COMING!!!!!!!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

It’s for REALZ!!! Can. Not. Wait. !!

  • http://www.missymiller.wordpress.com/ Missy

I love rice cakes too… have never thought to do pizza style… did you bake them in the oven/toaster oven to get the cheese melty?

OSh– gosh I could go on and on about packaged foods #achillesheel

BUT in the interest of keeping it relevant (and also because I ate some last night with butter and jelly) I LOVE Suzie’s Rice Cake Thins.

My favorite variety is the corn, quinoa and sesame but they also have brown rice only and are gluten free.

    http://www.amazon.com/Suzies-Quinoa-Sesame-Cakes-4-6-Ounce/dp/B004DT44HO/ref=pd_bxgy_gro_img_y

Thinner rice cakes = more rice cakes per sitting = more room for TOPPER ACTION!!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Umm, how have I never seen or heard of Suzie’s rice cakes? Want! And I agree–maximizing topper action is definitely a priority! Happy Friday!

  • http://redletterdayeblog.wordpress.com/ Cassie @RedLetterDaye

Wow. I’ve been thinking of relocating in the next couple years to someplace warmer, and the Carolinas were on my list. I looked up Charleston, and I’m sold! Can’t wait to hear about your experience.

BTW those fries are killer, and I will be making that mug cake. Agreed on the rubber comment on them. This looks awesome!

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

I’ve heard that Charleston is nothing short of amazing! I’m pretty sure I’m going to fall in love.

Aren’t the fries awesome?! I think I could eat an entire bag for dinner…Oh, and definitely let me know if you try the mug cake! <3

  • Taylor

Okay, first off… I WANT THAT HUMMUS! My obsession/deep love for sweet potatoes is strengthening the urge to find that stuff; but alas, I have had no such luck :( and secondly….pardon the TMI, but my mom and I believe that I may actually have IBS – this diagnosis is coming after a long time of various symptoms that we had no idea WHY I was getting…especially since my diet is so, well, natural! Would you seriously recommend that digestive stuff? Love you girl! And ummmm….those rice cake pizzas looks ridiculously great -drool-

    • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

I’m so sorry to hear about your tummy! Digestase-SP has really helped me, so I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. Different things work for different people, so I can’t guarantee it will work, but I think it’s worth it! <3

  • http://www.nourish-and-flourish.net Sara Stewart

Oh my gosh, girl, your pumpkin pie cake-topped pumpkin pie smoothie sounds like a DREAM! Want! I think I’m going to try your recipe this week (it’s on your blog, right?). 😀

I’m so glad there’s somebody else out there who’s as crazy (kinky?!) as I am! Foot fetish girls unite! Hugs! <3 xoxo

I just read below that you’re not coming to London anymore!!! Nooooooo!!!! No one else will appreciate the beauty of my fro-yo making abilities! So sad but I understand. Hopefully the stars will align next summer and I will still be here, or else I will have to make a trip to DC 😉 Happy weekend xoxo

Your pumpkin cake just because the highlight of my weekend haha (I digress) I am whipping that up for breakfast tomorrow before my trail run!!

  • http://lisalately.com/ Lisa

Jealous you get to go to Charleston I always hear amazing things about it!
I have that lulu jacket and I adore it, it’s one of my favorites for workout gear.
Hmm packaged food I’m loving is sun warrior protein powder, coconut flour, butter, buckwheat flour (do those count – I guess since they come packaged), dark chocolate (obviously).
Oh goodness that pumpkin pie cake looks awesome! I used to make stuff like that so long ago I forgot about all the amazing things you can do with the ever versatile pumpkin!
    Happy Friday loveee!xoxo

  • runwithspoons

Well I was going to start my comment with the pumpkin cake, but that’ll have to wait for a sec because the thing about playing house totally brought back some old memories. I’ve done that before… to an extent. We didn’t pretend to be shopping for houses, but for furniture – specifically, beds. We pretended to get into an argument about it, eventually bringing up some old affair, and I think we made the salesperson extremely uncomfortable. Ohhh, good times.

    Happy Friday, love!

  • http://www.starsystemz.com/blog Courtney Violet Bentley

Umm pizza party lets go GIRLFRIEND :) Love the pumpkin posts lately so TASTY I can’t wait to get home and get out my pumpkin puree YUM! • Jan @ Sprouts n Squats

    That Lulemon jacket looks amazing!

I’ve just bookmarked those 50 date ideas to give them a go.

Last thing I bought was some new leopard print loafer shoes, they were 50% off so I just had to buy them.

I definitely do not like public speaking at at all and I can be outgoing when I want to be but more around people I know that people I don’t know so well.

  • http://chelseashealthykitchen.com/ Chelsea’s Healthy Kitchen

Pinned that pumpkin pie cake! I’ve only tried a few mug cake recipes and I was disappointed every time, but this one looks perfect!

I wish we had that Laughing Cow cinnamon spread here – we have Laughing Cow, but not that flavour. :( Some packaged foods I’m loving right now are President’s Choice Greek yogurt smoothie bars and some of my US finds like TJs coconut chips, Oikos toasted coconut vanilla Greek yogurt, and Blue Diamond coconut almonds.

That’s so awesome you’re going to Charleston! I’ve never been, but I really want to because Christina makes it look so fun. Do you have plans to meet up with her?

Have a good weekend hun! xoxo

  • Melissa @ Mouthwatering Morsel

have you ever had pumpkin butter? I don’t know if I’m a pumpkin fan to begin with so it was kinda weird. Love the rice cake pizza though! :) I need to try that. does it not get soggy or super hard when you bake it for the cheese and stuff to melt?

  • Devon @ Health in Equilibrium

OMG rice cake pizza, that looks amazing!! I have been a big fan of Suzie’s corn, quinoa and sesame thin cakes lately. They’re nice and thin, so you get a bigger topping to cake ratio, and the flavour is so good! I also just tried laughing cow for the first time and I’m hooked!

  • Sabrina Forth

OMGOSH!!! That Pumpkin cake is the best desert I have ever had with Peanut butter drizzled on top!! MUST TRY!!!!

  • Meg @ A Dash of Meg

mmmmm i have to make this!
