Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up!
1/4 cup granola (I used Udi’s, but feel free to use your favorite!)
1 T. Peanut Butter
1 t. agave (or honey)
Strawberry preserves
Greek Yogurt (or melted white chocolate) for drizzling
1. Heat the peanut butter and agave in the microwave or on the stove, stirring until combined.
2. Add the granola to the peanut butter mixture and shape into a 1/4-1/2-inch thick rectangular shape. Place on wax paper and pop in the freezer for 30 minutes, or the refridgerator for an hour.
3. Once the “tart” is hard, remove from the refridgerator and top with preserves and yogurt, as desired.
