This is one of my very favorite cookie recipes! I can’t say that they’re healthy, but they sure do taste good. And that’s all you can ask for in a cookie, right?
1 c. flour (I use gluten free baking mix)
1 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a food processor, mix the first four ingredients until crumbly. Remove 1/2 cup of the mixture and set aside. Press the rest of the oat-mixture into a 13×9-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Remove pan from oven and immediately pour the sweetened condensed milk on top. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips, nuts and remaining 1/2 cup of oat mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
